Orders usually ship by either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service.
Shipment tracking informationIf tracking information was not available when we shipped your order and you would like to receive tracking information, please email us at info@mcreekag.com to request it. (Note: availability of tracking information may be delayed 1 to 2 business days by manual procedures at the rural post office where our USPS orders are shipped.) What if the shipping charge is $0?At order checkout, if the shipping charge is $0 it means that our shopping cart system was unable to calculate the shipping charge. When this happens we will contact you with a shipping quote as described below. When our shopping cart system cannot calculate the shipping charge correctly due to the combination of items in your order, we will notify you of the correct shipping charge by email and will place a hold on your order until we hear back from you. You can either pay the shipping charge or cancel your order for a prompt, full refund.
Oversize packages ship for the flat rate plus a shipping surcharge!As of April 3, 2022 the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) began adding a $15 surcharge for packages over 30 inches in length. This currently only applies to our wire kits, because they ship in a 72-inch-long box. We can ship up to 6 wire kits in one box, so there will be a $15 surcharge for every 6 kits (or portion thereof) that you include in your order.
The shipping cost shown at order checkout will be the flat rate plus the surcharge. (Despite the surcharge, the USPS is still the lowest-cost way to ship our wire kits.) Heavy items ship by weight, not flat rate shippingCertain heavy items ship based on weight, not based on the flat rate table. The actual shipping charge for those orders will be displayed at order checkout.
Sometimes our shopping cart system cannot calculate the shipping charge correctly due to the combination of items in your order. (If the correct shipping charge is less than the amount you paid we won't notify you; we will simply ship your order and refund the excess.)

Shipments to U.S. states and territories outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.). To get a shipping quote, place an order for the desired items on this Web site. Your credit card or other payment method will initially be charged for the order. We will determine a shipping charge for the order, will notify you of the amount by email, and will place a hold on the order until we hear back from you. You may either pay the additional charge or cancel your order for a prompt, full refund. (If our shopping cart displays a shipping charge at order checkout it may be incorrect. If so, we will notify you of the correct charge as described above.)
International shipments. If your order will be shipped to a destination outside the U.S., you can get a shipping quote in the same way as described above for U.S. destinations. All product prices and freight charges will be quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping methods and times will depend upon the destination. Customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred for non-U.S. destinations. (Contact a customs office in your country for information on such fees.) Returns for refund may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. All returns require obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in advance by sending us an email (info@mcreekag.com) and telling us what you want to return and why you want to return it. (If you received damaged merchandise, please include photos of damaged packaging if any and the damaged item.) All RANs are issued by email, and you MUST include the RAN (and if possible a copy of the original invoice) in the package when you ship returned items to us. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid by you unless the return is due to our shipping error or to damaged or faulty merchandise. (In all cases, we will only pay return shipping which have approved in advance.) Returns must be in good condition. No refund will be given for items returned in dirty, used, or damaged condition (excluding items which were damaged in shipping when you received them). A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returns for reasons other than our shipping error or damaged or faulty merchandise. After we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the refund amount to the payment method (credit card or other) which you used when you placed the original order. |
